Jim Joyner

Jim Joyner is the Sports and News Director at Mid-Kansas Radio (96.7 FM KBBE and 1540 AM KNGL) in McPherson, Kansas, as well as the Play-by-Play Voice of the McPherson High School Bullpups. Jim's a Baker University graduate from the Kansas City area. While in college, he broadcasted games for the Baldwin High School football team and the Baker University football, basketball, baseball, soccer and volleyball teams. He has also done various Play-by-Play for the NAIA Men's Basketball National Championship and 1320 KLWN in Lawrence, Kansas.

Jim spent the summer of 2016 broadcasting baseball games for the DeLand Suns of the Florida Collegiate Summer League, earning Broadcaster of the Year.

While at Baker, Jim spent two years as the sports editor for the Baker University student newspaper, The Baker Orange and the station manager and sports director for Baker University's radio station, KNBU-FM.
